Nestled in the peaceful village of Nyoma in the Changthang region of Ladakh, The Changthang Horizon is a newly established family-run homestay that offers guests a comfortable and authentic local experience. Built in 2024, the homestay is owned and managed by Tsering Diskit, a local farmer who welcomes travelers with genuine Ladakhi warmth and hospitality. The homestay features 2 well-furnished guest rooms (approximately 11 × 12 sq. ft. each) within a spacious family home. Guests can enjoy clean and comfortable accommodation with access to well-maintained bathrooms offering both hot and cold water, a dining area, free parking, regular electricity, and solar lantern backup during power outages. During winter, the home is heated using traditional Bukhari, local Chulas, and heaters.

Tsewang Nurboo is the owner of Nurboo Homestay, located in the picturesque village of Nyoma in the Changthang region of Ladakh. A retired serviceman, he established the homestay in 2022 with the vision of offering visitors an authentic Ladakhi experience rooted in warmth, comfort, and local culture. Along with his family, he welcomes guests with traditional hospitality, home-cooked meals, and insights into the unique lifestyle of the region.
