The property has two guest rooms, each approximately 13 × 12 sq. ft., along with well-maintained guest facilities. Guests have access to a clean bathroom with hot and cold water, a dining area, free parking, regular electricity, and solar lanterns for backup lighting. Heating is provided through a Bukhari and heater during the colder months. Shacho Homestay focuses on providing a cultural and local experience. Guests can learn about traditional Ladakhi life through farming, the kitchen garden, livestock, local food, and everyday village activities. The family also practices needle felting and knitting, offering visitors an opportunity to discover traditional handicrafts and skills.
