Hosted by Kunzes Dolma, a local farmer and retired resident, the homestay offers travellers a comfortable and authentic way to experience the natural beauty, culture, and everyday life of Ladakh. The homestay features two well-furnished guest rooms, measuring approximately 14 × 16 ft and 13 × 14 ft, along with a welcoming dining area and guest bathrooms with hot and cold water. Guests can enjoy regular electricity, free parking, and winter heating through a Bukhari and heater. Solar lanterns and a solar battery/inverter provide backup lighting during power cuts.

Kunzes Dolma is a farmer with a deep connection to the land and the traditions of her community. After retirement, she has embarked on a new journey as a homestay host, opening her newly built home to visitors in 2026. The homestay is fully owned and funded by Kunzes, reflecting her personal initiative to create a welcoming space for travellers while developing a sustainable source of livelihood.
