The homestay has 7 livable rooms, including 2 well-furnished guestrooms, measuring approximately 14 × 16 ft and 13 × 14 ft. Guests have access to a dining area, clean bathrooms with hot and cold water, free parking, regular electricity and reliable winter heating through a heater and Bukhari. Solar battery/inverter backup and solar lanterns are available during power interruptions. A key feature of Apricot Homestay is its connection with local farming and village life. The property has agricultural land, a functional kitchen garden and access to cattle and milk.
